Helen Motel, 92, of Ansonia, homemaker, wife of the late Edward M. Motel, died April 1, at the Hewitt Health and Rehab Center, Shelton.
Born in Shelton on May 12, 1924, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Yanchik Bacha.
Survived by daughters, Jean (Walter “Buddy” Kezel) Stevenson of Woodbridge, Nancy (Paul) Beres of Seymour, and Patricia (Steven) Marra of Ansonia, two grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
Also predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Motel, a sister, Anna Kozak and brother, Michael Bacha.
Services: Wednesday, April 5, 11 a.m., Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 105 Clifton Ave., Ansonia. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Derby. Calling hours: Wednesday, 10-11 a.m., Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia.
