Charles A. Vlodek, 59, employed as a quality control inspector at Sikorsky Aircraft, worked at Kaman Aerospace, husband of the late Kathryn Jordan Vlodek, died Aug. 18, at home.
Born in Bridgeport on June 13, 1957, son of Charles W. and Sophie “Wanda” Tyszka Vlodek of Shelton.
Besides his parents, he is survived by brothers, Thomas Vlodek and Paul Vlodek (Joanna) of Shelton, sister, Marianne Vass of Stratford, a niece, and many cousins and friends.
Visiting hours: Friday, Aug. 26, 4-7 p.m., Spinelli-Ricciuti/Bednar-Osiecki Funeral Home, 62 Beaver Street, Ansonia. Services: Saturday, Aug. 27,10:30 a.m., St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Avenue, Shelton. Burial will follow in Lawn Cemetery, Shelton.
