Eleanor Capasso Frouge, 83, of Trumbull, school librarian, Cub Scout leader, volunteer, wife of the late Joseph Frouge III, died April 22, at home.
Born in Bridgeport to Anna Quire Capasso and Michael Capasso.
Survived by her children, Joseph Frouge IV and his wife, Debbie of Bethany, Linda Rose and her husband, Steve of Shelton, Jo-Ann Ferreri and her husband, Frank of Seymour, Carol Moccaie of Milford, Clark Frouge and his wife, Sheryl of Ansonia, Cheryl Miller and Jeff Wilchinsky of Derby, Stephen Frouge of Jupiter, Florida, Michael Frouge and his wife Joann of Stratford, and John Frouge and his wife, Heather of Brookhaven, Pa., 23 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Also predeceased by brothers, Anthony Capasso, Harold Capasso and sisters, Anna Rollo, Isabelle Capasso and Theresa Kender, two sons, Robert Frouge and Frank Frouge, and her grandson, Joey Frouge.
Services: Wednesday, April 27, 10 a.m., Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11 a.m., in St. Theresa Church. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Shelton. Visiting hours: Tuesday, 4-8 pm.
Her family requests that you volunteer a few hours or more of your time to a charity of one’s choice or help someone in need.
