Mary-Anne Nufrio Conner, 64, of Shelton, employed by the Fairfield Public School system for 35 years, wife of James A. Conner, died March 24, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Born March 7, 1952, in Elizabeth, N.J., daughter of the late Vito Anthony and Mary J. Cusumano Nufrio.
Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, James Conner and his wife, Carissa of Fairfield and Brett Conner and his wife, Nicole of Oxford, a grandson, Jace Conner, a sister, Bernice Nufrio Drozd and her husband, Richard of Linden, N.J., two sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services: Thursday, March 31, 10 a.m., Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11 a.m., in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton. Entombment will follow in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Visiting hours: Wednesday, 4-8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship to be established in Mary-Anne’s name through the Fairfield School System.
