William D. Ruocco, 89, of Florida and Shelton, formerly of Trumbull, technical representative at General Electric, husband of the late Rosalie Minai Ruocco, died Feb. 27, at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Born Nov. 15, 1926, in Brooklyn, N.Y., son of the late Michael and Mary DiFabio Ruocco; U.S. Coast Guard veteran, World War II Merchant Marines.
Survived by daughters, Laura Pulie and her husband, Richard of Trumbull and Jeanne Wolf and her husband, Michael of Broad Brook, and six grandchildren.
Also predeceased by his daughter, Donamarie Barrows and his brother, Dominic Ruocco.
Services: Thursday, March 3, 9 a.m., St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Visiting hours: Wednesday, 4-8 p.m., Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
