Irene Ploski, 92 of Shelton, formerly of Derby, an assembler at Sikorsky, died Nov. 2, at CT Hospice, Branford.
Born in Poland Sept. 7, 1923, daughter of the late Michael and Emily Rapala; U.S. Navy veteran, World War II.
Survived by daughters, Sandra Reed and her fiancé, Craig Duncan of Southington and Jorene Uluski “Renee” Haydusky and her husband, Bruce of Ansonia, and a niece.
Also predeceased by a grandson, and sister, Lucille Sciongay.
Burial: St. Michael Cemetery, Derby.
