Andrew E. Bednarik, 94, of Shelton, milkman, custodian for Sikorsky Aircraft, died Oct. 19, at Griffin Hospital, Derby.
Born May 2, 1921, in Ansonia; U.S. Army veteran, World War II.
Predeceased by wife, Natalie (Shepard) Bednarik, parents, Andrew J. and Mary (Balko) Bednarik, his brother, Joseph Bednarik and three sisters, Helen Karlok, Mary Kurtyka, and Anna Bednarik.
Survived by two children, Andrew Bednarik and his wife, Emma of Seymour, and Kathleen Weiss of Shelton, two granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours: Thursday, Oct. 22, 4-7 p.m., Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton. Services: Friday, 10:30 a.m., funeral home, 11 a.m., St. Margaret Mary Church. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby.
